Bar Height Adirondack Chair – Building Plans

This step by step woodworking project is about wooden bar height adirondack chair plans. I have designed this super simple bar chair so you can add seating options to a bar or an outdoor living area. You can invest in high quality and weather resistant lumber, such as cedar or redwood. See my other DIY projects HERE.

We recommend you to invest in the best materials you could afford. Therefore, you should buy weather-resistant lumber, such as pine or cedar. Always take accurate measurements before adjusting the size of the components at the proper size. Drill pilot holes trough the components before inserting the wood screws, to prevent the wood from splitting. See all my Premium Plans HERE.

Last but not least, you need to make sure you take care of the finishing touches. Therefore, you need to fill the holes and the dents with wood putty and then smooth the surface with 120-220 grit sandpaper. Apply a few coats of stain or paint, so you can protect the bar chair from the elements and to enhance the look of the project.
