I used your plan for this project but made a few changes since i wanted a solid wood table top. I ended up making mine about 3 inches taller and using 4x4s for the tabletop. I doweled each 4×4 into the next with wood glue and screws and used several strap down ratchets to tighten it up till it dried. It turned out great and took me a weekend to build. Thanks for the plans.
