Thanks for sharing your plans. Learnt a lot doing it; selection of wood is critical, they didn’t have 4×2’s so I bought twice the amount of 4×1’s to glue together to make the panels. But, 4×1’s were bowed and it took ages to fix that, but still not great. Also, some of the grain in the redwood came up great, but other bits less so; wish I had selected the better bits to be the ones on view. It is very solid and heavy which is what I wanted, and it is a wedding present for the fiancée. Cheers! Adam
