Wooden Guitar Stand – DIY Project

From Andrew,

Built this guitar stand using pine boards and painted it black. Added some white window weatherstripping I had laying around as padding, and a utility hook on either side to hold cables. The open top was really convenient to store my large basses, and the upright design makes it much more space efficient.

Took about 6 hours with no power tools used except for a drill (hand saw and coping saw, sandpaper, and a chisel). Total cost for wood, paint, the coping saw, and the utility hooks was about $72 USD.

Difficulty Level: easy

Estimated Cost: $72

Time required: 6 hours
