11-2×4×8 and 1-2x6x8 using the simple diy 2×4 bench plans from this site. A kreg jig was used to make pocket holes for the top 2×6 piece to join with the vertical slats on the back. Cheap lumber from Lowe’s (about $3 per 2×4) was used to create the bench. 2×6 lumber was treated. Used a coffee stain and 3 coats of urethane for the finish. Less than $70 in total cost (including screws)
