Right Handed Shooting Bench – DIY Project

I built this bench in a short weekend and cant wait to try it out. I used drops from a construction project I was on, so the Douglas fir 3×7sw ere free. I have around 20.00 dollars spent on screws , glue and oil finish.

I used your plans with some adjustments for different dimensions on the lumber.

I used 2x8s for the top instead of plywood.

Your plans for this were simple, easy to understand and well thought out.

This is my material list:

Top:1-3×7,48″ 2-3×7,28 3/4″ 2-3×7,33″ 1-3×7,14 1/2″ 1-3×7, 9″

Legs: 4-3×7, 30″ 1-3×7, 16″

Braces: 1, 3×7, 48″ 1, 3×7, 32 1/2″

Seat: 1,3×7, 9″ 2, 3×7, 33″

Top: 2×8, 2-48″, 3-33 1/2.
