Therefore, if you want to get the job done in a professional manner we recommend you to read the instructions and to check out the related woodworking projects. Adjust the size of the bookcase and apply a few coats of paint to the components, in order to enhance the look of the dollhouse project.

There are dew aspects that you should take care of before starting the construction of the bookcase, as well as the final assembly. Therefore, if you want to get a professional result, we recommend you to adjust both the size and the design of the bookcase to suit your needs and tastes. Gather the tools and the materials before building the components to save time and money.

Make sure you select the wooden slats with great care, as they should be in a good condition and perfectly straight. Cedar, pine or even redwood are optimal choices, as they have both a nice appearance and are durable. Using pilot holes and 1 1/4″ galvanized screws is a good option if you want to hide the joints and to create a rigid structure. In addition, we recommend you to add glue to the joints.
