I was looking for a new computer desk for my son and searched your site and sure enough I found an excellent, easy to follow plan. I will never buy a computer desk again after finding this project. I made the entire desk from one sheet of 3/4″ maple plywood which cost me about $80. All together it cost about $100 including screws and finish, it was well worth it. I even had my local home improvement store do most of the plywood cuts for me for free! I finished it with “one coat” min-wax polyurethane and put some edging on to cover up the plywood edges. I didn’t add the top piece because it wasn’t necessary. For a one day project and $100 I think it looks great. Thanks for the plan!
