DIY Full size Floating Bed Frame

I strongly encourage you to send photos with your projects built using my plans. Please send the materials at [email protected] or using the contact form. Any submission is highly appreciated by me and by the rest of the readers.

In addition, your projects will be seen all around the world, so you can highlight your skills. Don’t forget to mention the cost of the materials, the total time of the project as well as a few impressions about the build.

All in all, it only took about 10 hours (high balling) to make. I used just regular construction lumber, cut them accordingly, and used glue and screws to hold together. This was my first big DIY project, and I’m really happy with the results. The base diagram does need additional measurements for where the primary support beams go, so I did mess that up. But it’s stable, supportive, and VERY HEAVY!! Thank you for the step by step instructions.
