This was my first DIY project in wood. The roof did not work out as well as I wanted. (Inexperienced craftsman). I made it 72 inches long 48 in wide and 48 in high. It is for two large dogs. Invested two full days of time and about 400 dollars. It is sturdy and the roof lifts up for extra air in the summer and ease to clean. Nothings store bought was big enough. One room. Next project outdoor kitchen
